Return Policy

1.You may return any eligible product you have ordered from within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise. Eligible products for return will be indicated on the product page.

2.Items that are not eligible for returns are clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the Product page for that Product, when you place it in your Shopping Cart, and when you are asked to Confirm Your Order.

3.If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 14 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

4.The Yogahitch Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a UPS packing label for you to use. IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.

5.We are unable to accept returns of goods that are not in their original packaging.

6.Refunds or Credits will be processed after the goods have been received.

8.In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email with a photo image of the damage, if possible. You need to inform of any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.

9.If you believe you received an item in error or a defective item, please contact so that we can assist you. A photo image is helpful to speed up any claims. Make sure to keep all original packaging and please note that all returns must be shipped back within 14 days from receipt of delivery of merchandise.

10.Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

11.All CLEARANCE items are sold as is. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
